Summary: Peer reviewed study compared six management strategies to address the feral cat population over ten years from do nothing (feeding ban) to high intensity sterilization; high intensity sterilization produced 31 times fewer cats over ten years than doing nothing with all other modalities producing fewer cats than doing nothing.
